Red Belly Gourmet is a small farm based business which is located at Copeland in "The Barringtons" Upper Hunter Valley NSW.

Red Belly Gourmet commenced  business in 2003 & it includes Husband & wife, Craig Kingston and Ann Smith.

The 80 acre farm received organic certification in 2006. The farm consists of steep ridge country,fertile creek flats and a crystal clear mountain fed creek.
The surrounding Consevation area provides outstanding biodiversity,necessary for any organic farm.

The farm is Certified organic and produces, beef, eggs, Tahitian limes,herbs and seasonal vegetables.
